There are one set of 32 tons and one set of 10 tons bridge-type crane in the assembly workshop. The 32 tons crane is mainly responsible for the whole machine assembly, machine transportation, and machine delivery. The 10 tons crane is mainly responsible for the core shaft pressing, frame assembly, installation of motor and gearbox, painting, and transportation of parts. Because of the increased number of orders, the crane capacity became insufficient, which seriously affected the efficiency of assembly production and urgently needed to be addressed.


Recently, our company added two new sets of cranes to the workshop, enabling independent operation of frame assembly, motor and reducer installation, logistics transportation, and painting. This upgrade has greatly improved assembly production efficiency and provided critical support for capacity expansion. The enhanced logistics flow and division of labor allow for smoother scheduling and reduced idle time in assembling key products such as the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production line.

Four new CNC lathes were recently purchased to replace outdated equipment. This system supports on-demand access to cutting tools, real-time tool condition monitoring, and automated tool replacement, significantly reducing downtime and human error.
