There are one set of 32 tons and one set of 10 tons bridge-type crane in the assembly workshop. The 32 tons crane is mainly responsible for the whole machine assembly, machine transportation, and machine delivery. The 10 tons crane is mainly responsible for the core shaft pressing, frame assembly, installation of motor and gearbox, painting, and transportation of parts. Because of the increased number of orders, the crane capacity became insufficient, which seriously affected the efficiency of assembly production and urgently needed to be addressed.
Recently, our company added two new sets of cranes to the workshop, enabling independent operation of frame assembly, motor and reducer installation, logistics transportation, and painting. This upgrade has greatly improved assembly production efficiency and provided critical support for capacity expansion. The enhanced logistics flow and division of labor allow for smoother scheduling and reduced idle time in assembling key products such as the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production line.
In addition, to further support the rising demand for the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production line, the company has invested in upgrading its machining capabilities. Four new CNC lathes were recently purchased to replace outdated equipment. These CNC machines enable higher precision and faster cycle times, especially for the processing of core components in the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production line, such as extrusion dies, forming rollers, and high-strength shafts. With these improvements, the workshop can now achieve better product consistency and on-time delivery for both domestic and international orders.
To ensure smooth coordination between departments, the Process Department has implemented a standardized and intelligent management system for machining tools. After thorough evaluation and technical comparisons, an intelligent tool management cabinet was introduced. This system supports on-demand access to cutting tools, real-time tool condition monitoring, and automated tool replacement, significantly reducing downtime and human error. As the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production line involves multiple precise machining steps, this digital upgrade ensures tooling availability and traceability, supporting both quality assurance and cost control.
Furthermore, the company has started a phased upgrade of key machining fixtures and clamping systems used in the TLJ300 copper wire continuous extrusion production process. Special attention has been given to the setup precision of gearboxes and the alignment accuracy of the extrusion axis. By introducing modular fixtures and laser alignment systems, the setup process has been shortened by over 30%, directly enhancing productivity and ensuring the mechanical stability of the final equipment.
