Compared to unloading test, it demands higher precision and poses greater challenges in matching parameters such as extrusion temperature, pressure, speed, and lubrication. Through the concerted efforts of the R&D department II and the after-sales team, precise matching of various systems was ultimately achieved, ensuring TLJ500 continuous extrusion running stably. The product dimensions and performance fully met the customer ‘s requirements, also earning high praise.
