Composition of automatic hydraulic drawing machine:
The drawing machine consists of a pay-off stand, a guide stand, a straightening feeder, a mold cooling and lubrication system, a main drawing machine, a tension straightening mechanism, a fixed-length conveyor roller, an automatic cutting device, a robotic arm stacking platform and an automatic paper laying system. The pay-off stand of the drawing bench can complete the initial unwinding of the raw copper busbar, and the guide stand can ensure the accurate direction of the copper busbar when it enters the drawing area. The die cooling system of the drawing machine continuously cools the die; the main drawing machine completes the continuous drawing of the copper bar through the hydraulic drive device. The drawn copper bar can be transported to the fixed-length cutting area after the straightening system corrects the bending, and the stacking operation is performed by the robotic arm. There will be paper isolation between each layer of copper bars, and the entire system of the drawing bench is managed by an integrated electrical control cabinet.
