Working principle of Copper rod upcasting machine:

The core principle of the copper cathode continuous casting machine is to heat the electrolytic copper anode plate through an induction furnace so that it can be fully melted into liquid copper in the furnace. Then the liquid copper is vertically drawn up and cooled and formed through a special crystallizer set on the furnace cover. . After the copper rod is formed, it enters the cooling water tank for further cooling through the ingot wheel traction device. After the copper rod is completely solidified, it enters the wire taking-up system and is neatly wound by the fully automatic winding equipment.
